Boo nights at the Zoo and Eckerts Apple Farm

With the fall season upon us - we have been out and about enjoying all of the fun, fall activities. We went to the Boo nights at the zoo and joined our friends at Eckerts apple farm. We had a blast!

Our Trip to Italy

So we are back from the most romantic place on earth! Brian and I were in Italy from 10 days and loved every minute, packed as many sights as we could into the 10 days, ate the most fantasic food and drank wine (of course)! Kaitlyn was set up pretty comfy with grandmas and grandpas, aunts and uncles, although we missed her like crazy - we enjoyed our time alone. We started the trip in Rome and visited the Vatican museum, The Vatican along with St. Peter's Basilica, had a viewing audience with the Pope - which was amazing (I highly recommend it if you ever travel to Rome and are there on wednesday). We saw what seemed like ALL of Ancient Rome as well as the Castel Santa Angelo - the fortress that used to protect the vatican and the Pope. We then traveled by train to Florence. Climbed ALL 463 steps to the top of the Duomo, toured the Salvatore Ferragamo (yes, the shoe guy) musuem, saw the Medici Chapel and had one of the best dinners ever at Angiolino's. Stuckmeyer Pumpkin Farm

So we ventured out with our playgroup to Stuckmeyer Pumpkin farm. We had so much fun! Kaitlyn got to see all her friends - she missed them while we were away. And we took a hayride, picked out our pumpkins and played in the pumpkin patch.
