Brady's 2nd Birthday/4th of July

We had quite the kick off to summer! Brady's birthday is July 2 - almost a 4th of July baby. So it seems as though his birthday will always be a big bash on the 4th of July holiday weekend! We headed to Cincinnati to celebrate with family and friends. The Kilbanes came down from Cleveland and we had ourselves a good, old-fashioned, summer, backyard bash! I borrowed a bouncy house from a friend and we had the inflatable pool out and the cornhold games going. It was so fun! Despite the heat, I think a great time was had by all who attended. We also were able to fit in a Reds/Indians baseball game and check out balloon fest at Coney Island. We all had a fantastic time and look forward to the next big bash! Birthday Party at Chuck E Cheese!!

Brady decided he wanted to have his birthday party with his friends at Chuck E Cheese. He invited his best buddies from school and we had a great time. He scored tons of tickets in the ticket blaster, had a Star Wars cake and had a great time playing games with all his friends. Here are some highlights from the awesome party! Highlights from today: Hollywood Studios

Today we spent the day at Hollywood Studios. The kids enjoyed seeing all their favorite characters and catching the fun shows. They loved the Toy Story Mania ride. A weekend in the city...

Kaitlyn has her first Irish dance feis here in downtown Atlanta. We decided to make a weekend of it (she dances today and tomorrow) and spend the night at the hotel where the feis is being held. We started very early this morning with Kaitlyn dancing just before 9am! She did amazing and placed in both her dances (second in jig; 3rd in reel). After she finished dancing we headed to the children's museum of Atlanta. The kids had a blast trying all the cool things to do. Then we grabbed some lunch in centennial park (it's 65 degrees here so we ate outside!!) and then hit the aquarium. The kids are excited to swim at the indoor pool later and then it's more dancing in the morning!
